Joey’s greatest desire is to see People around the World receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Joey Fortner was touched by the Lord in 1977, at the tender age of ten. Soon after, he began his ministry. Joey has spent more than 30 years in ministry including 17 years as senior Pastor. He has been traveling across the US and foreign countries around the world with great success. Joey is also the author of “God’s Table Manners”, the only book in America that reveals the etiquette side of the Holy Spirit. Joey also wrote and recorded, in Nashville, TN, the popular song “Jesus Bought My Life” was played on National Radio. Joey is known for his dynamic style of preaching and uncommon insight of God’s word. Today, he speaks in Revivals , Camp Meetings , and Crusades around the World. Joey is accompanied by his beautiful wife Cheryl , who sings in the crusades. They have five children , and reside in Dahlonega , GA. Joey Fortner has served as Pastor , Author , International Evangelist , Song Writer and Worship Leader. In 2000 Joey received his Master of Arts in theology from North Carolina College of Theology. In 2002 Joey received his Doctorate of Theology from North Carolina College of Theology. In 2004 Joey received his Doctor of Philosophy in Theology from North Carolina College of Theology.
